PINBOX Return Policy

At PINBOX, we care about the complete satisfaction of our customers. We believe that our pins are of exceptional quality and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you decide to make a return, you will find all the necessary information below.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the package without providing any reason. Exceptions are custom-made products, which are not subject to return according to legal regulations.

How to Make a Return?

  1. Contact us via email at: hello@pinbox.eu to inform us of your intention to return.
  2. Fill out the return form available on our website.
  3. Safely pack the products to be returned and include the return form.
  4. Send the package to the address: PINBOX, ul. Świdnicka 36, 50-068 Wrocław Please do not send cash on delivery parcels - such shipments will not be accepted.

Return Costs:

The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. In the case of a complaint resulting from our fault, we will refund the shipping costs.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund you the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, to the provided bank account within 14 days. Refunds for returned goods will be made in the same manner as the payment was made. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product is received back or proof of its return is provided, whichever event occurs first.

Condition of Returned Products:

To make a return, products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. If the products show signs of use, the return may be rejected or reduced by the cost of restoring the goods to a sellable condition.
